We are recruiting a compassionate and reliable Complex Care Assistant to support a male client in his family home on Anglesey, as part of the dedicated team at Libertatem Healthcare. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is patient, proactive, and passionate about delivering truly person‑centred care.
About the Client:
The client has an ischemic brain injury from birth and lives with:
- Severe learning and behavioural difficulties
- Epilepsy
- Sensory processing disorder
The client lives in a warm family environment with three pet dogs (one Husky and two Shih Tzu Poodles) — the family manage all pet care.
Interests & Daily Life:
The client enjoys a full and active life, including:
- Trips to the beach and river
- Restaurants, theatre, train rides, and car rides
- Outdoor activities
- Being read to and playing with staff
- Watching Mr Tumble and Peppa Pig
- Picture cards, toy cars, and animal toys
Your role will involve encouraging engagement, supporting routines, and helping the client enjoy meaningful daily experiences.
About You:
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Caring, calm, and consistent
- Confident supporting complex needs and behaviours
- Comfortable working in the community
- Flexible for bank / zero‑hours shifts
- A full UK driver (essential)
Experience in complex care, learning disabilities, epilepsy, or behavioural support is highly desirable.
