Teaching Personnel is looking for a Teaching Assistant to work with an excellent school where pupils feel well known, supported and have the tools to progress and achieve their potential. You will support pupils across EYFS, KS1, or KS2, helping to create a positive and engaging environment.
Location: Llanelli
Pay: £92.63 per day
Responsibilities:
- Support the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom activities.
- Provide 1:1 support or small group interventions.
- Assist pupils with additional learning needs (ALN).
- Help manage behaviour in line with school policies.
- Prepare learning resources and classroom materials.
- Promote inclusion, safeguarding, and pupil wellbeing.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience working with children (school, nursery, youth work, care, coaching, personal experience).
- Positive, proactive, and patient approach.
- DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent).
