We are looking for qualified Health Care Practitioners to join our 49-bed nursing home in Tumble. Our Health Care Practitioners (HCP) are caring and supportive people.
What’s involved as a Health Care Practitioner:
- You’ll care for people with lots of different complex needs, such as mental health, dementia, challenging behaviours, acquired brain injury and Huntington’s disease.
- You’ll provide personal care, maintain health needs, hygiene as well as keep things tidy and safe.
- You’ll take charge of a specified clinical area, e.g., floor or unit, and ensure the area is managed safely and effectively.
- You will be required to administer medication safely and effectively with the support of a Registered Nurse.
- Maintain clear and accurate records in relation to the administration of medication and the well-being and welfare of the people who live with us.
