Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and seat them comfortably
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems or manually
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality

- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and maximise sales opportunities
- Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of tables, service stations, and dining areas
- Assist in food preparation or kitchen duties as required, adhering to food safety standards
- Handle payments accurately and efficiently, including processing cash or card transactions
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials to inform guests effectively
- Uphold health and safety regulations at all times, including proper handling of food and beverages
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper serving procedures
