Key Responsibilities

- Administrative & Communication Support: Assist in scheduling patient appointments, arranging transportation, and coordinating care plans. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to address needs and provide updates. Maintain confidentiality of patient information in compliance with privacy regulations.
- Training & Development: Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs to keep skills and certifications up to date. Stay informed about the latest healthcare practices and technological advancements in patient care.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (some positions may require postsecondary education or specialized training).
