Technical Administrator in Liverpool

Your new company Working with a large public sector organisation in Liverpool City Centre, you will be providing Technical Administrative support within a legal compliance team to cover sickness.

Your new role Working within the legal compliance department, you will utilise your refined attention to detail to maintain databases and produce reports with a high level of accuracy.

You will use your advanced Excel skills to track any outstanding compliance requirements in relation to employees and 3rd party stakeholders and follow up confidently to schedule any remaining training requirements.

You will use your expert interpersonal skills to coordinate training, certification and any due diligence across varying levels of the organisation.

Additionally, you will provide support to the compliance team as required.

What you'll need to succeed You will have an aptitude for problem-solving and be a confident communicator.

You will have a strong administrative background, ideally within a public sector or 3rd sector organisation.

Being a self-starter, you will be able to work autonomously and prioritise your day effectively.

You will have experience dealing with large volumes of data and have a keen eye for detail as accuracy is imperative for this role.

What you'll get in return This is a full-time on-site role in Liverpool city centre.

You will have an hourly rate of £13.55ph + holiday roll up.

This is anticipated to run for 8 weeks, but potential for further extension throughout.
