Sayers is part of S&PB Retail Ltd with over 120 shops across the North West, North Wales, and Yorkshire and Midlands areas, with plans to expand even further. We provide our customers with a fast paced service in many high street locations with great tasting quality products including sandwiches, savouries and cakes at excellent value prices.
We are now looking for a part‑time Shop Supervisor to join our team at our Garston Sayers shop.
Responsibilities:
- Managing day to day shop operations.
- Driving sales growth.
- Training, developing and motivating your team.
- Ensuring hygiene and food safety compliance.
- Taking responsibility for the shop in the absence of the Manager.
It is preferred you have a background in retail management and ideally have worked within a food environment, though this is not essential. You should have a strong work ethic and a hands on “can do” mentality.
