Senior Clinical Fellow (ST3 level) within the Tropical and Infectious Diseases Unit. The role involves working within inpatient wards and outpatient clinics to support patient care at a level appropriate to your stage of training or career development. The position is supported by educational and clinical supervision and offers opportunities to join multidisciplinary meetings for Infection Radiology, TB, and HIV, as well as weekly departmental teaching, journal and audit club, and monthly regional meetings.
Responsibilities
- Provide competent clinical care to patients on Infectious Diseases wards and in outpatient settings.
- Attend multidisciplinary meetings for Infection Radiology, TB, and HIV.
- Participate in educational meetings, including weekly teaching programs, journal and audit club, and regional meetings.
- Support patient care without on‑call responsibility; no additional remuneration for out‑of‑hours work.
- May participate in the Hospital Medical on‑call rota where available, with appropriate additional remuneration.
- Commence employment on 5th August 2026.
Qualifications
- Senior Clinical Fellow (ST3 level) or equivalent in Infectious Diseases.
