We are seeking a Sector Manager to join the Cheshire and Merseyside Area leadership team. The role reports to the Head of Operations and is accountable for effective planning and delivery of operational performance and clinical quality for patients within Merseyside and Wirral.

You will manage and lead frontline and administrative staff, ensuring Trust objectives and targets are met and deliver the Paramedic Emergency Service in the designated sector.

As Sector Manager you will be accountable for delivering our Paramedic Emergency Services across your sector, working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of those services. You will lead a team of managers to support staff and achieve business targets, and you will work as part of the Trust’s on-call team in a key leadership role.
