  • Experience in Care (Desirable): If you’ve worked with older adults or in a care home setting before, that’s a big plus.

Applicants will be diligent, creative, organised and committed to enhancing the quality of life of residents by providing activities which will interest, inspire, motivate and support them in their daily lives. Compassion, patience and positivity are just some of the key values and personal qualities required for this post, whilst a flexible approach to work is essential. Experience of working with an elderly client group and/or working within a care home environment would also be highly advantageous, as would the ability to cover outings or special events outside of normal working hours as required.
