Taylor’s Strength is Liverpool’s home of Olympic weightlifting and powerlifting. As we continue to grow into our expanded, modern facility, we’re looking for a motivated Olympic Weightlifting Coach to join our established coaching team. We’re known for delivering high‑standard, technically driven coaching for athletes across multiple sports. This role is ideal for a coach who wants to work in a performance‑focused environment, contribute to a thriving lifting community, and build a long‑term coaching career.

Essential Requirements

  • Level 3 Personal Training Qualification
  • British Weightlifting Level 2 Coach Qualification
  • Minimum 1 year coaching experience

  • Ambitious and driven to grow your coaching career

Desirable

  • BSc Sports Science or MSc Strength & Conditioning
  • Existing client base
  • Working towards additional CPDs
  • Experience coaching within strength sports or competitive environments
