Pinnacle Group are looking to recruit a Home Services Move Assistant to be responsible for helping to create an effective and efficient function with a positive workplace culture, that will enable us to deliver an excellent service, putting the customer at the centre of our approach, focusing on enhancing the lived experience behind every move in, move out and repairs and maintenance process, delivering top quality housing management services every time.
This is a full time role working from Monday to Friday and offers a hybrid working pattern of 2 days in the office each week. Our Home Services team plays a crucial role as part of Pinnacle Service Families, our largest contract managing 49,000 military family homes on behalf of the Ministry of Defence. As part of the team, you’ll sign up to our mission: To be champions of Service Families, advocating for them in everything we do.

Key responsibilities:
- Monitoring and managing the dedicated email inbox for home services.
- Acting as the first point of contact for service families, providing prompt and accurate responses to email enquiries.
- Managing the receipt and dispatch of all postal mail related to the Home Services.
- Calculate, process and communicate charges for home services to families.
- Follow up on any outstanding payments and handle any discrepancies.
- Coordinating garages and other in occupancy requests.
- Adding comprehensive and coherent notes to systems and keeping accurate documentation.
Key requirements:
- Knowledge of property management and housing legislation.
- Knowledge of JSP464 and other Tri-Service Accommodation Regulations.
- Experience in an administrative role, preferably in housing or relocation services.
- Organisation and time management: able to meet multiple deadlines.
- Confident, courteous, and professional manner.
