Duties of the Mobile Service Technician:

  • Conduct repairs, diagnostics, and routine servicing of vehicles at various locations across Liverpool
  • Deliver high standards of technical service to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards and industry regulations
  • Provide technical advice and support to customers and colleagues
  • Maintain and repair mechanical systems on a wide range of vehicles, completing work accurately and within specified timeframes
  • Maintain detailed service records and communicate effectively with team members and clients

Requirements of the Mobile Service Technician:

  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Automotive Maintenance or equivalent (City & Guilds or similar)
  • Valid UK driving licence
  • Minimum of one year’s experience as a Mobile Service Technician or related role
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-focused attitude with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proactive approach to safety, maintenance, and service delivery
