Duties of the Mobile Service Technician:
- Conduct repairs, diagnostics, and routine servicing of vehicles at various locations across Liverpool
- Deliver high standards of technical service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards and industry regulations
- Provide technical advice and support to customers and colleagues
- Maintain and repair mechanical systems on a wide range of vehicles, completing work accurately and within specified timeframes
- Maintain detailed service records and communicate effectively with team members and clients
Requirements of the Mobile Service Technician:
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Automotive Maintenance or equivalent (City & Guilds or similar)
- Valid UK driving licence
- Minimum of one year’s experience as a Mobile Service Technician or related role
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused attitude with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proactive approach to safety, maintenance, and service delivery
