We are recruiting an Export Sales Coordinator to join a busy Sales Administration team. This role focuses on export order processing, customer service, and export documentation, managing orders from receipt through to delivery for EU and non-EU customers. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Export Administrator or Sales Order Processor looking for a stable hybrid role with clear responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Process and manage export sales orders from order receipt to delivery
- Provide a high level of customer service to international customers
- Liaise with Area Sales Managers, internal departments and customers
- Handle customer queries via telephone and email
- Prepare and issue export documentation including invoices, shipping notes, Bills of Lading and Certificates of Origin
- Ensure compliance with export regulations, HM Customs, and country-specific requirements
- Manage stock availability, logistics and delivery information
- Maintain accurate records, data entry and diary management
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in export sales order processing or export administration
- Strong knowledge of export documentation (EU and non-EU)
- Experience working in a customer service or sales support environment
- Confident using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
