Phoenix Care Staff is currently seeking a friendly, reliable, and experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our team. Previous experience is essential for this role. If you are passionate about caring for others, this could be the ideal opportunity for you. The successful candidate will have a person-centred approach, strong communication skills, and a high level of patience and compassion.
At Phoenix Care Staff, we value our staff and offer flexible shift patterns to suit your lifestyle. Whether you are looking for day or night shifts, full-time or part-time hours, we will work with you to find the best fit. Preferably someone that drives and is willing to travel surrounding areas. An up-to-date DBS is required for this role; however, we can support you with a DBS application if needed. Applicants must have at least 6 months’ experience as a Senior Care Assistant and hold an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
