The Role & Requirements
You will be instrumental in creating a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment for children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
What We’re Looking For:
- Relevant Qualification in Childcare or Education is essential.
- Minimum 6 months of UK Primary School work experience is preferred (but not mandatory if you have a strong relevant qualification).
- Mandatory: Must hold the Right to Work in the UK and possess an Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service.
- A nurturing, patient, and proactive approach to supporting child development.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with teachers, parents, and other staff.
