Ward 4A is a 28 bedded acute gastroenterology unit based in the Royal Liverpool University Hospital. Our experienced team of medical and nursing staff treat a diverse range of conditions including specialising in liver and the treatment/diagnosis of conditions affecting the gastrointestinal tract and digestive system.
Responsibilities
- To support the ward manager and the wider team.
- Developing leadership skills.
- Working closely with the MDT.
- Sickness and absence management.
- Rostering.
- Supporting with training compliance and education.
- Working relationships with the HR department.
- Maintaining quality and safety.
