We are seeking a Deep Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations at HMP Altcourse, ensuring professional Facilities Management services are delivered in line with contract requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise deep cleaning activities across designated areas
- Manage and supervise prisoners, ensuring safe and effective working practices
- Control cleaning chemicals and equipment, ensuring correct use and storage
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, infection control, and hygiene standards
- Maintain cleaning schedules and respond to emergency cleaning requirements
- Report incidents, accidents, or issues to the line manager
Essential Skills & Experience
- Experience supervising cleaning operations
- Safe use of industrial cleaning equipment and chemicals
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to follow procedures and work to strict health & safety standards
- Ability to work independently and support others
