Customer Service Assistant for TransPennine Express (TPE) at Liverpool Lime Street Train Station.
Compensation & Hours
- Pay Rate: £13.65 per hour.
- Full Time: 40 hours per week.
- Rotational shifts from 5:30am to 9pm, including weekends.
- Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate platform trucks for train‑side deliveries (full training provided).
- Load and unload catering equipment and stock from TPE trains.
- Assemble orders and maintain stock control.
- Comply with Health & Safety and Food Hygiene regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum age 18 years.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings and weekends.
- Physical fitness to lift and transport equipment.
