Pinnacle Group is seeking a Dispute & Compensation Advisor to manage compensation claims from failed move-ins.

You will guide customers through the claims journey, ensuring accurate advice and fair outcomes, while collaborating with Housing Officers, RAMS and other stakeholders.

This hybrid role requires three days in the office weekly and operates from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
