About the Role
As a Cleaner, you’ll play a key role in keeping our St Cyril’s Court safe, hygienic, and welcoming for customers and colleagues. Your work directly supports the wellbeing of those who live and work in our buildings.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining high standards of cleaning across all areas of our schemes.
- Ensuring cleaning materials are well stocked and stored safely.
- Carrying out block inspections, ensuring corridors remain clear and reporting findings monthly.
- Using equipment safely and in line with Health & Safety expectations.
- Reporting repairs, concerns or health and safety issues to the team leader.
- Keeping outdoor areas tidy, including courtyards, steps and entrances.
- Attending staff meetings and training as required.
What You’ll Bring (Essential)
- Experience in cleaning duties.

What you’ll get in return
This is a permanent role working 15 hours per week, with 3‑hour shifts Monday to Friday and no weekend working. Your main base will be St Cyril’s Court in Belle Vale, Liverpool. You’ll be generously rewarded with a competitive salary and a great benefits package, including 35 days’ annual leave (pro rata), plus bank holidays. This includes a 3-day Christmas closedown between Christmas and New Year and you have the option to buy up to 5 extra days annually. You’ll also benefit from a company pension scheme where we contribute 9%, and colleagues can contribute anything from 3% upwards.
