The civil engineering team supports projects from feasibility and planning through to detailed design and construction, working closely with in-house structural teams, architects, and developers.
They are looking to appoint a Civil Engineer to join their Liverpool office, supporting a growing and varied pipeline of projects. This is a well-rounded role offering exposure to both infrastructure and drainage design, with the opportunity to work across multiple sectors rather than purely residential.
Key Responsibilities
- Design of drainage, highways, and external works for development projects
- Preparation of:
- Drainage Strategies
- Flood Risk Assessments (FRAs)
- Levels and earthworks design
- Production of drawings using AutoCAD / Civil 3D
- Liaison with local authorities, water companies, and stakeholders
- Support planning applications and technical approvals (S104, S38, S278)
- Work collaboratively with internal structural teams

- Experience in civil engineering design (consultancy environment)
- Background in infrastructure and drainage for development projects
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and drainage software (MicroDrainage / InfoDrainage)
