Our modern, 74-bed home is thoughtfully designed across three floors, offering a warm, vibrant, and engaging environment where residents are empowered to live life to the fullest. With a wide range of amenities, including music rooms, beauty salons, serene lounges, and tranquil courtyards, we focus on creating a holistic and fulfilling experience for our residents.
Your Role as a Care Assistant:
- Delivering Personalized Care: Assisting residents with daily routines, including personal hygiene, dressing, meals, and mobility, ensuring their preferences and dignity are respected.
- Fostering Emotional Well-Being: Building meaningful relationships, providing emotional support, and creating a welcoming and comforting atmosphere for residents and their families.
- Encouraging Engagement: Supporting residents in pursuing hobbies, social activities, and sensory engagement tailored to their interests and abilities.
- Maintaining High Standards: Ensuring cleanliness, safety, and a positive environment across the care home while adhering to regulatory and organizational standards.
- Team Collaboration: Working closely with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery, promptly addressing any changes in residents' needs or concerns.
- Professional Development: Participating in ongoing training to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up to date with best practices in health and social care.
