We are currently recruiting on behalf of a reputable automotive dealership in Liverpool for the position of Aftersales Manager.

This is an excellent Aftersales Manager opportunity for an experienced and motivated professional to lead a busy aftersales operation within a well-established multi-franchise environment.

  • Manage and oversee the entire aftersales department, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Lead a team of service advisors and technicians, fostering a motivated and professional workplace

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote repeat business

• Requirements of a Aftersales Manager

  • Proven experience as an Aftersales Manager within the automotive sector
  • Ability to oversee and manage a team of over 20 staff members across Workshop, Service, and Parts
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
  • In-depth knowledge of vehicle maintenance and aftersales services
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet targets
  • Valid UK driving licence
