Assist the Lead Divisional Pharmacist for Medicine (Royal site) in the development of pharmacy services and medicines management within the Elderly Care Directorate along with other members of the Elderly care Pharmacy team.
To provide a safe and effective advanced clinical pharmacy service to the Elderly Care Directorate.
Provide outpatient clinic patient review and support where applicable to your role.
Provide non-medical prescribing services to the Elderly Care Directorate.
With support from the Lead Divisional and Clinical Pharmacists audit, monitor and develop medicines management within your speciality.
