Are you an experienced Administrator with a good eye for detail, and looking for a role working 4 days a week? Would you like to work for a Not for Profit organisation that makes a real difference to peoples lives? Are you available for a temp role for around 4 weeks, possibly longer? If so, this could be the role for you.
What will you be doing as a Learning and Development Administrator?
- Updating databases to help produce and update training records
- Inputting data to create reports
- Updating starters and leavers to ensure the training system is maintained
- Highlighting outstanding training issues to the manager including missing / incomplete training
- Assisting with the booking and preparation of training rooms and materials and booking staff onto sessions
- Managing bookings for allocated workshops and L+D calendar
- Updating trainers information to assist the planning and allocation of training
- Producing course reports to support scheduling
- Producing training contract and inspection reports
- Occasionally attending meetings and taking notes
- Providing general admin support

- Strong administration experience
- A background in HR, L+D or some other form of admin role handling data would be beneficial
- Strong skills working in Excel
- Comfortable using Word and Email
- Accurate with an excellent eye for detail
- Able to work 4 days a week
