Are you an experienced Administrator with a good eye for detail, and looking for a role working 4 days a week? Would you like to work for a Not for Profit organisation that makes a real difference to peoples lives? Are you available for a temp role for around 4 weeks, possibly longer? If so, this could be the role for you.

What will you be doing as a Learning and Development Administrator?

  • Updating databases to help produce and update training records
  • Inputting data to create reports
  • Updating starters and leavers to ensure the training system is maintained
  • Highlighting outstanding training issues to the manager including missing / incomplete training
  • Assisting with the booking and preparation of training rooms and materials and booking staff onto sessions
  • Managing bookings for allocated workshops and L+D calendar
  • Updating trainers information to assist the planning and allocation of training
  • Producing course reports to support scheduling
  • Producing training contract and inspection reports
  • Occasionally attending meetings and taking notes
  • Providing general admin support

  • Strong administration experience
  • A background in HR, L+D or some other form of admin role handling data would be beneficial
  • Strong skills working in Excel
  • Comfortable using Word and Email
  • Accurate with an excellent eye for detail
  • Able to work 4 days a week
