Schedule
Live in: 7 days on, 7 days off with a 2‑hour break each day.
Responsibilities
- Provide highest quality person‑centred care.
- Deliver the client’s personalised care plan and health goals.
- Manage client’s medical condition, meals, hygiene and ensure safety.
- Maintain positive relationships with client, family, friends and health professionals.
- Work under support from family and Home Instead team.
Qualifications & Skills
- Professional care experience in the UK: minimum 1 year.
- Reliability, compassion and excellent communication skills.
- Trustworthy, respectful, flexible.
- Ability to build professional friendships and spend time in company of others.
- Passion for supporting others and delivering outstanding service.
- Driving licence and car not essential but helpful; sponsorship not offered.
