We’re looking for Line Chefs/Cooks who take pride in the basics: fresh ingredients, clean stations, and meals that are made well, every time. Responsibilities
- Prepare meals and snacks throughout the day, consistently delivering well‑presented, high‑quality, and flavourful dishes from our seasonal menu and special boards.
- Assist the Head Chef and/or Sous‑Chef to prepare the kitchen stations for service, ensuring they are stocked appropriately and cleaned regularly throughout the shift.
- Guarantee quality food service that meets guest expectations and provides them with a convenient alternative to self‑catering, allowing them to spend quality time with family and friends.
Qualifications
- Good basic knowledge of food preparation and presentation.
- Preferred: prior professional kitchen experience; however, experience from culinary college or cooking at home is also advantageous.
- Can‑do attitude and willingness to learn; experience is not mandatory if you have the enthusiasm and desire to develop.
