This hybrid role brings together visible student liaison, early help, wellbeing intervention and targeted support for vulnerable learners.
The role is designed to strengthen student resilience, promote positive behaviour and help remove barriers to learning and achievement.The successful applicant will be a positive, approachable and professionally curious practitioner who can build trusted relationships with students and staff, maintain a visible presence across college and provide structured one-to-one and group support.
They will work closely with safeguarding, counselling, Progress Mentors, Additional Learning Support, curriculum teams and external agencies to ensure students receive timely, proportionate and effective support.
