What you'll be doing:
- Assist in the day‐to‐day management of the service, ensuring compliance and knowledge with all regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular staff supervisions and training sessions to promote professional development within the service.
- Support the staff team to maintain a high level of care that is required for the needs of the People We Support and for the service.
- Liaise with external agencies, families, and other MDT to ensure cohesive care planning and delivery.
- Support the Registered Manager with the rota system, incorporating 1‐2‐1 hours for the People We Support.
- Have good knowledge and understanding of Quality Assurance.
Who you are:
- Must have a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or management role within health and social care.
- Have a minimum of NVQ level 3 and be willing to work towards NVQ Level 5 in Leadership.
