We are inviting applications for the exciting vacancy of Head of School: Computing and Digital Technologies. The School currently comprises:
- A Level Computer Science
- Level 3 Computing & ICT
- Level 3 Esports
- T Level Digital Production, Design and Development
- Level 2 T Level Transition
- Level 1 IT with Business
- For adult learners, Level 3 Software Development and Level 5 Web Application Development
The School coordinates the College’s participation in the Ministry of Defence’s Cyber Bursary Scheme and is a MEGA Hub for the CyberFirst programme’s work with high schools in the area.
This is an ideal role for a strong and dynamic leader who is passionate about this fast-changing sector, and would be committed to leading growth and continuous improvement in the College’s digital provision.
To be successful in this role you will need a strong track record in teaching in a relevant subject area, and the vision, drive and skills needed to lead and develop a centre of digital excellence.
