Action Staffing is actively recruiting for an experienced Dual Registered Manager (Residential Children's Home Manager) to lead a high‑quality therapeutic service in Leyland.
As the Dual Registered Manager, you will hold legal responsibility for two homes (ages 7‑17). You will provide strategic leadership to the staff teams, ensuring the homes maintain "Good" or "Outstanding" Ofsted ratings, manage budgets and rotas, and ensure full compliance with the Children’s Homes Regulations 2015.
Requirements
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (essential).
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager stepping up.
- Proven track record of achieving "Good" or "Outstanding" ratings with Ofsted.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
