This is an exciting opportunity to continue your career in Early Years, training with Parenta. You will be working in a nursery setting based in Lordsgate, L40 7RS. Become an apprentice in one of our fun and friendly settings working with children aged from birth to five years, gaining experience while you learn. Parenta have many opportunities available and offer you the chance to ‘Earn as you Learn’ whilst gaining a nationally recognised qualification. The best part? There is no need to attend offsite training; all your learning will be completed at your workplace!
About the role:
- You become an employed member of staff.
- You will be paid an hourly rate.
- You will work towards gaining a full qualification, getting full support and attend virtual classroom-based lessons.
- The apprenticeship will last a minimum of 12 months.
- You will be working towards achieving the Level 2 Early Years Practitioner qualification.
- An Apprenticeship course will take between 12 to 20 months based on 30 hours worked per week. Less hours worked will increase the course duration.
Working pattern:
- Hours: 25 hours a week, varied shifts between 7:30am-6pm.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of engaging, age appropriate activities aligned to the EYFS.
- Assist with daily routines including mealtimes, toileting, and sleep/quiet times.
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and inclusive environment; follow safeguarding and health.
