TeacherActive is proud to be working with a welcoming nursery school based in Selly Oak, offering a supportive and nurturing environment for children in their early years. The setting promotes a child‑centred approach, encouraging development through play, creativity and structured learning within a safe and inclusive space.

The nursery school is looking to take on a Level 3 Childcare Teaching Assistant on a full‑time, long‑term basis, starting ASAP. The successful Level 3 Childcare Teaching Assistant will be supporting children within a pre‑school setting during term time, working closely with staff to deliver engaging activities and support early years development in line with EYFS.

Qualifications
  • Level 3 Childcare qualification
  • Experience working within a nursery or pre‑school setting
  • Knowledge of the EYFS curriculum
  • Ability to support children’s learning through play‑based activities
  • A caring, patient, and nurturing approach
