Level 2 Teaching Assistant – Permanent, 5 days per week plus PD Days. This role offers support across Southall School and with individual students. It is desirable to have experience working with children with SEN and complex needs.
Responsibilities
- Assist teachers in classroom teaching and planning.
- Support pupils with special educational needs and complex needs.
- Provide one‑to‑one support as required.
- Help maintain a safe and welcoming learning environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience working with children with special needs, or currently pursuing a Level 2 qualification.
- Understanding of child protection policies.
- Patience, empathy, and good communication skills.
- Strong command of literacy and numeracy.
- Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare.
