We are looking for a motivated and ambitious individual to join our Leominster based client as an Office Manager. This integral position is ideal for a candidate seeking a full-time opportunity with the drive, capability, and ambition to manage an established administration function for the long term.
What you can expect:
- Salary: competitive, depending on experience
- Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:30am – 5pm & Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm
- 25 days annual leave plus recognised bank holidays
- Free onsite parking
- Full time (37 hours per week), fully office‑based role
What you will be doing:
- Day to day running of the company’s administrative functions
- Confidential administrative support to the Board of Directors
- Administrative support to the contracts team and site teams
- Supervision of administrative staff and workloads
- Transport administration for the company fleet
- Assistance with the HR and workforce administration
- Health and safety administration
- Key point of contact for internal and external enquiries
- Assistance with document control (drawings, RAMS, H&S documentation)
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in an Office Manager or senior administrative position
- Experience within manufacturing, construction, engineering or a related industry, preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook and Excel)
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work on own initiative and prioritise workload in a fast‑paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
