Duties includes but not limited to: Cash handling, till system, serving customers, upselling, cooking, baking, receiving & checking deliveries, stocking, general cleaning and day to day business needs.

As a Customer Service Assistant, you’ll be responsible for completing daily safety walks & checks, making sure forecourt safe and consumables available all the time for our customers as well as ensure the safe running of the business.

Training will be provided to the right person.

Being knowledgeable about hot & chilled food products and services in store and helping customers by giving great natural service.

Replenishing stock during your shift

At times, you may be required to accept deliveries into the store.

Work well within a team and communicate effectively and openly with others.

Build relationships with colleagues to create a team spirit, having fun and celebrating success.

Time keeping, Be at work before your shift start time, to give yourself time to relax and complete your pre shift checks, make sure arrive at work well presented and ready to be a brand ambassador.
