Responsibilities- Cash handling and operate the till system.
- Serve customers, upsell, cooking, baking, and weigh and check deliveries.
- Stocking, general cleaning and day-to-day business needs.
- Complete daily safety walks & checks.
- Ensure forecourt safety and continuous availability of consumables for customers.
- Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers with a smile and delivering a personalized experience.
- Build rapport with customers to leave the store with a great experience.
- Manually condense stock and handle products with care.
- Follow company policies and adhere to health and safety guidelines.
- Be knowledgeable about hot & chilled food products and help customers.
- Replenish stock during shifts.
- Accept deliveries into the store when required.
- Work well within a team, communicate effectively and openly.
- Build relationships with colleagues to create a team spirit.
- Timekeeping; arrive before shift start time, complete pre-shift checks and present yourself as a brand ambassador.
- Retail & Food Experience preferred but not mandatory.
