HC-One is looking for kind and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our care home teams. The role is centred on providing person‑centred nursing care, supporting residents at a time when they feel most vulnerable, and guiding them in life‑changing decisions.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high quality nursing care to residents, managing complex care plans and clinical decisions.
- Support and mentor colleagues, acting as a practice supervisor and assessor for nursing students.
- Advocate for residents’ rights and preferences, ensuring a person‑centred approach in all interactions.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, modelling professional behaviour and teamwork within a multi‑disciplinary team.
- Safeguard residents by recognising signs of abuse or neglect, reporting concerns and following safeguarding policy and training.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with a minimum of 12 months experience in Health or Social Care.
- Valid NMC PIN and a clear commitment to professional standards.
