HC-One is looking for kind and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our care home teams. The role is centred on providing person‑centred nursing care, supporting residents at a time when they feel most vulnerable, and guiding them in life‑changing decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high quality nursing care to residents, managing complex care plans and clinical decisions.
  • Support and mentor colleagues, acting as a practice supervisor and assessor for nursing students.
  • Advocate for residents’ rights and preferences, ensuring a person‑centred approach in all interactions.
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, modelling professional behaviour and teamwork within a multi‑disciplinary team.
  • Safeguard residents by recognising signs of abuse or neglect, reporting concerns and following safeguarding policy and training.

Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse with a minimum of 12 months experience in Health or Social Care.
  • Valid NMC PIN and a clear commitment to professional standards.
  • Passion for teaching and mentoring, with a willingness to support junior staff and students.
  • Strong communication skills and a proven ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
