Part‑time, permanent position with immediate start. We are looking for an experienced Sheet Metal Worker to join our production environment. The role involves working from engineering drawings, fabricating components to high standards, and working on your own initiative in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Fabricate components from engineering drawings to high precision.
- Operate fabrication equipment such as guillotines, press brakes, rollers, and hand tools.
- Measure, mark out, and accurately build components.
- Work independently or as part of a team to meet tight deadlines.
Qualifications
- Experience in sheet metal fabrication and assembly.
- Experience working with mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail, honesty, and reliability.
- Ability to work accurately and under tight deadlines.
Hours
Monday Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Friday: 7:30am – 4:00pm (with flexible overtime)
