The successful candidate will have:

The post holder will undertake general maintenance work around the whole school site, including external areas. The role involves early morning and early evening work to cover site security and the occasional call out in the event of an emergency. Whilst previous experience and/or relevant skills are preferred, they are not essential.
Horton Lodge School is looking for a Janitor to join our exceptional site team from April 2026. Horton Lodge is a historic building set in extensive grounds within an area of natural beauty on the edge of Rudyard Lake. The pupils at Horton Lodge are what makes the school truly special, and the successful candidate will share our enthusiasm for ensuring the school is an incredible place for our children to learn.
