We’re looking for an Installation Scheduler to join a growing and innovative home energy business in Leeds. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in coordinating installations, supporting engineers, and ensuring customers receive a seamless service from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate engineer schedules and workloads.
  • Support engineers remotely with diary management and planning queries.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and engineers, providing updates, solutions, and reassurance.
  • Monitor and resolve scheduling and planning issues as they arise.
  • Build strong working relationships across multiple departments.
  • Ensure appointments and installations are organized efficiently to support operational performance.
  • Take a proactive approach to identifying and resolving potential scheduling conflicts.

About You

  • Previous experience in a scheduling, planning, coordination, or customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other scheduling systems.
  • Able to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Friendly, professional, and confident in building relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • A proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
