This Deputy Manager role is ideal for experienced Senior Residential Workers or existing Deputy Managers who are looking to further develop their leadership skills within residential childcare. We are looking for a determined, caring and thoughtful professional to support the Registered Manager in delivering high-quality, child‑centred care.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is 22 years old or above (to meet Ofsted regulations).
  • Has their NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare.
  • Has at least 2 years’ experience within Residential Childcare and working alongside young people.
  • Has a valid manual driving licence.
