About you: Ideally you should possess a minimum of level 3 qualification (NVQ or equivalent) in Catering and Hospitality, have relevant industrial experience and hold a teaching qualification (training provided). You should also hold a level 2 qualification in Maths and English and be IT literate equivalent to level. Assessor/Verifier Awards would be advantageous.
