Horizons College is an innovative and inclusive specialist education provider for learners aged 16‑25 with learning difficulties and complex needs. We proudly opened our campus in Royal Wootton Bassett’s Interface Business Park in September 2022 and were rated “Good” by Ofsted in March 2024. This achievement is a proud moment for our team.

We are looking for empathetic and adaptable individuals who thrive under pressure, have a natural ability to solve challenges, and possess the physical and emotional resilience to work with young people with a primary diagnosis of Autism and other complex needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting learners using our positive behavioural approach.
  • Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
  • Working collaboratively within a team to deliver tailored support.

Key qualifications and experience:

  • Experience working with learners with complex needs is highly regarded.

Working hours: 23.6 hours per week – Monday to Thursday (09:00‑15:30).
