Responsibilities
- Build connections with customers in person, over the phone, and in the branch or yard, providing expert advice.
- Create tailored solutions, preparing quotes, following up on enquiries, and developing leads.
- Keep operations running smoothly by efficiently managing essential admin.
- Offer guidance with up-to-date product knowledge to help customers find the best materials.
- Enhance the shopping experience across the branch with your colleagues, including yard and counter sales, to support the team.

Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Good computer literacy.
- Previous retail or sales experience.
- Strong product knowledge and a background within a builders’ merchant environment would also be a real advantage.
- Strong time keeping, natural organisation and clear communication skills.
- Genuine enthusiasm, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to adapt your approach to suit each individual and deliver a positive, personalised experience.
