Key responsibilities:
  • Managing the end-to-end purchase ledger process
  • Processing high volumes of invoices with accuracy and efficiency
  • Handling supplier queries and building strong relationships
  • Communicating confidently with Polish-speaking suppliers (email and phone)
  • Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies
  • Supporting payment runs across multiple currencies
