Our client operates a target driven environment and you will form part of a close-knit team working to unload various machines. This is a physical role requiring lifting and being stood on your feet. The client is heavily ambitious, they are growing rapidly and they have an excellent order book. This role is permanent from day one and comes with not only stability, but also the opportunity for progression. This role offers excellent job security.

The Role

  • Working to load and unload machinery
  • Quality checking parts via visual inspections
  • Using air guns to complete very basic assembly tasks
  • Loading parts onto jigs and undertaking basic machine checks
  • Working towards targets based on output and quality

The Person

  • Able to work on feet for 8 hours a day and physically fit to undertake machine loading and unloading duties
  • Target orientated
  • Ability to use basic air powered tools preferred, although training can be given
  • Able to follow SOPs and work instructions
  • Punctual and reliable

Due to the unsuitable nature of shifts, it could also be beneficial for candidates to have their own transport.
