- Create, update, and manage job cards accurately to facilitate efficient workshop workflow
- Handle customer bookings, enquiries, and follow-up communications professionally via phone, email, and face-to-face
- Maintain the service department loading system by scheduling jobs in accordance with workshop priorities and technician availability
- Ensure all documentation is compliant with manufacturer standards and internal procedures as a Service Administrator
- Coordinate loan vehicle administration, including collection and return, maintaining clear communication with customers
- Explain completed work to customers, ensuring they understand and approve services carried out
- Collaborate with the service team to uphold high customer satisfaction standards
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, maintaining compliance with dealership policies Requirements of a Service Administrator:
- Full UK driving licence
- Proven customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and handle queries professionally

- Proficiency in numeracy, literacy, and IT, including experience with service management systems (familiarity with Pinnacle, Kerridge, or similar software is advantageous)
