Beaconplus is a management consultancy providing our clients with cost management services. Our services cover a wide range of business expenses, including telecommunications (fixed lines, systems, data & mobile phones), energy, water and business rates. We perform detailed analysis for our clients and prepare recommendations for how they can become more cost effective.

Vacancy Description

Responsibilities would depend on the candidate’s capabilities, but could include the following:

  • Cost analysis & problem solving.
  • Supplier liaison (incl. tendering, bill chasing & problem solving).
  • Documentation organisation.
  • Ongoing monitoring of clients’ costs/bills & calculating savings.

Skills Required

  • Computer literate (ideally Microsoft Word & Excel).
  • Good numerate and communication/writing skills.
  • Ability to learn/understand new areas.

Desired Qualifications

  • GCSE grades 9 - 5 (A- ) in Mathematics and English Language.

Working Hours

Flexible working hours: 40 hours per week. Choice of either 8 am - 4.30 pm or 9 am - 5.30pm.
